You can easily create a personalized routine to help you stay consistent with your practice. Here’s how:
Go to the Home tab.
Under the My Routine section, click + Add an activity.
In the Name your activity field, type a custom name for your routine, or choose from the Suggested, Practice, Sleep, or other available categories.
Set the frequency to Everyday, or turn it off if you’d like the routine to appear only for the day.
To make it more meaningful, click Attach a practice to link a Timer session, bookmarked meditation, course, or other activity.
Once you’re satisfied with your setup, click Save.
Your new routine will now appear under the My Routine section on your Home screen.
