Why Was My Custom Group Image Not Approved and What Should I Do?

If your custom Group image didn't make it through review, it likely didn't meet our Community Guidelines. We review images to keep our community a welcoming space for everyone.


For New Groups

When an image doesn't comply with the guidelines, we replace it with a default Insight Timer image. You can upload a new image whenever you're ready. Just know that all images go through a review process, which typically takes up to 48 hours.


Feel free to try again with a different image. There's no limit to how many times you can upload, and we'll review each one within that same 48-hour window.


For Existing Groups

If you submit a new image and it's not approved, your Group reverts to the previous image. You can always upload a different one, which we'll review again within the same 48-hour timeframe.


Avoiding Delays

The easiest way to move forward: take a look at our Community Guidelines before you upload. That way, you'll know your image is a good fit, and the review process goes smoothly.
