How Do I Request a Refund for Services Purchased Outside Insight Timer?

Insight Timer isn't responsible for goods or services arranged directly between community members and teachers outside the app or website.


Why We Can't Process External Refunds

We don't endorse, manage, or process payments for services offered externally. As a result, we're unable to provide refunds for purchases made outside the Insight Timer platform.


When You Purchase Outside the App

If you choose to purchase products, sessions, or services directly from a teacher outside Insight Timer, those transactions are made at your own discretion and risk. Any refund requests must be directed to the teacher or service provider involved.


A Safer Alternative

For a secure and supported experience, we recommend booking events, retreats, or sessions that are hosted directly within the Insight Timer platform. This way, your transaction is protected and we're here to support you if you have questions.
